What will you do?  Provide analytical support (reporting, activity analysis, product performance) to aid sales growth. Stay updated on global technology and data initiatives and incorporate them into team operations. Manage and maintain the Sales Team Energy Chart and calendar of incentives and promotions. Handle administrative tasks (expenses, supplier payments, correspondence) and keep records up to date. Support program fulfilment and delivery of incentives and promotions. Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, travel, supplier relationships, and events. Foster communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Assist with project management and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence. Your background and your qualifications: Excellent analytical skills including all Microsoft Systems, including visually presenting data Strong budget control and organizational skills Great communication Technical flair – comfortable navigating across different systems and technical understanding preferred Knowledge of Direct Selling preferred but not essential What do we offer?
